Now that Judge Rosas has recused himself, the RNC 8 have been assigned a new judge - Judge Teresa R. Warner.
The eight also have a scheduling hearing coming up on Wednesday, February 11 at the Ramsey County Courthouse.

Actually, there’s not much of an update yet as the early stages of the pre-trial process drag along.  But here’s what’s up:

The court date previously set for Monica, Eryn, Max, Rob, Erik, Nathanael, and Garrett on November 10 is NOT happening
Luce has had a pretrial conference scheduled for November 24, which we expect [...]
