New Judge, New Court Date

Now that Judge Rosas has recused himself, the RNC 8 have been assigned a new judge - Judge Teresa R. Warner.
The eight also have a scheduling hearing coming up on Wednesday, February 11 at the Ramsey County Courthouse.

Lawyers for the RNC 8 reportedly received a letter today from the Ramsey County Attorney’s office amending the complaint against them. The new complaint reportedly lists the charges as follows:
Count 1 - conspiracy to riot in the second degree in furtherance of terrorism (the original charge)
