Now that Judge Rosas has recused himself, the RNC 8 have been assigned a new judge - Judge Teresa R. Warner.
The eight also have a scheduling hearing coming up on Wednesday, February 11 at the Ramsey County Courthouse.
The defense team for the 8 received word last week that Judge Salvador Rosas, previously selected to hear the case, has decided to recuse himself.
