September 10 Pretrial Hearing Canceled

The pre-trial hearing scheduled for Friday, September 10th has been canceled and will likely be re-scheduled shortly. The hearing was to work out issues of how the trial will be organized.

This is believed to be an ordinary scheduling conflict of no particular significance.

We’ll let you know when we hear more.

Trial still starts on October 25th, unless we hear otherwise.
