Actually, there’s not much of an update yet as the early stages of the pre-trial process drag along.  But here’s what’s up:

• The court date previously set for Monica, Eryn, Max, Rob, Erik, Nathanael, and Garrett on November 10 is NOT happening
• Luce has had a pretrial conference scheduled for November 24, which we expect to be rescheduled. She’s the only one of the 8 to have entered a plea so far (not guilty, of course)
• A judge has been chosen for the consolidated case: Judge Salvador Rosas
• And the legal team is still plowing through a massive amount of discovery. (The Discovery Channel has nothing on us!)
