Thanks to the large number of supporters who came to the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center (LEC) on October 13 to support 6 of the RNC 8 in their appearances, and to all those who participated in “Phone-in Against Phony Charges Day” on Monday.  We appreciate the turnout!

The lawyers for the 6 whose omnibus hearings were scheduled for the 13th – Monica Bicking, Eryn Trimmer, Max Specktor, Robert Czernik, Erik Oseland, and Nathanael Secor – successfully asked the judge to postpone the hearings, as discovery from the prosecutor is still being read.  Additionally, discussions are underway about consolidating all 8 cases into one.

Monica, Eryn, Max, Rob, Erik and Nathanael all had their next hearing set for November 10 at 1pm at the LEC.  However, their next court date will change if the cases are consolidated before then.

Luce Guillen Givins’ and Garrett Fitzgerald’s omnibus hearings are still scheduled for October 23 at 1pm at the LEC.
