The RNC 8 case concluded October 19, 2010 when the remaining four defendants accepted a gross misdemeanor plea agreement carrying no jail time. Erik Oseland, who previously accepted a plea agreement and chose 91 days jail time over extended probation, began serving his sentence on October 20, 2010.
